Ciarán Clarke Architectural Technology works closely with EEH Energy Efficient Homes Ltd. – an SEAI registered contractor (Contractor ID no. 12491).

We project manage and supervise site works for EEH Energy Efficient Homes Ltd. to ensure the best quality and workmanship is delivered during your home improvement works, and adheres to NSAI standards.

If you are considering undertaking home improvement works such as external insulation, internal dry-lining, cavity fill insulation, loft insulation, energy efficient heating systems, or renewable energy installations, we would like to hear from you.

Ciarán Clarke Architectural Technology can carry out an assessment of your homes building fabric and energy uses, that may include a Building Energy Rating (BER) assessment if required.

We can then discuss various options for improvement with you to prepare a home improvement works package. This includes a detailed description of the works involved, costs, SEAI grants, and the BER improvement that will result from the improvement works.

Fees

Fees, terms and scope of work are agreed with each client at an early stage to ensure complete transparency and understanding between all parties.

Fees may be on an hourly basis or an agreed project fee, depending on the scope of work required.
